First, we will do our best to help you choose the right size. We provide exact measurements (in centimeters) for each product. Check out our size guide here!

If you still want to cancel the purchase, what you need to know:

First of all, let us know by email that you want to cancel the purchase: hello@pinkswanfashion.com. You must make this notification within 14 days of receiving the product.

You must then return the product to us immediately, but no later than within 14 days of indicating your intention to cancel. You must prove the fact of the return and you are responsible for the cost of the return. We will try to help you with the return method.

Important: The condition for cancellation is that you have not used or washed the returned product in addition to testing it, and that you return it in a clean, undamaged condition in the appropriate packaging. Otherwise, we will not be able to refund the purchase price.

As soon as the product arrives back to us, you will receive the full amount of your order back, including the cost of delivery.
